Private parking for free. Very good location, within walking distance of city centre. Good value for money.
No elevator and very narrow stairs are a bad combination if you are carrying a lot of luggage.

I recently stayed at Logis in Nantes for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The receptionist and breakfast attendant were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms, while basic, were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the town and the Castle. Having parking available was a great convenience. The continental breakfast offered fresh options, perfect for a quick start to the day. excellent value for money and a fantastic location.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The room was very small and poky. Fine for one night, but I wouldn't recommend it for longer, for a family. However, the price was fine for what you got.

We liked nothing; this hotel we have ever stayed in. It is a farce to call it a hotel. Some hostels are better than this.
Very old, tatty, poor decor and facilities. Location is not easy for a large car. Unsuitable for people who can't manage stairs. I have a erplacement knee and had to climbe 3 flights of stair with my suitcase. The so called breakfast was very poor and expensive, It is not sufficient to keep you going to linchtime.

The best thing was the lady at reception. She was helpful and pleasant.
The whole hotel needed a revamp. It was seedy and in an area that was downtrodden. The breakfast was very basic and the room it was in, was the reception area.

Central location
Only a few parking spots available, they were all used. Had to park long way away from hotel.

Location: the hotel was next to the 50 otages tram stop and Talensac market and many decent cafes and restaurants and the centre of city and the Cathederal & Chateau. We had goodies and coffee at Le Fournil Bossard, it was located close to the venue👍
